At A time to Bloom, I believe flowers have the power to tell a beautiful story, capture important moments, and help celebrate life's most meaningful occasions. Based in the west of Scotland, I (Sarah!) create bespoke floral designs for weddings, events, special occasions, you name it! I love working with people to carefully craft together beautiful flowers that reflect your unique style and vision.
